Polished concrete floors and grey textured walls run throughout, anchored by a floor-to-ceiling concrete fireplace. The kitchen pairs dark flat-panel cabinetry with a white-countertop island and black pendant lights.
A floating staircase with light wood treads and dark metal stringer connects the floors, complemented by an exterior black spiral staircase. The master bath features dark grey tiles and a wood veneer vanity. Outside, a zen patio with a dark slate water feature, bamboo, and succulents.
